The perfectly smooth profile ensures a regular flow and the perfect flame propagation.Some pistons? skirts are moreover treated with a molybdenum disulfide coating applied by screen printing which further reduce friction to enhance performance and durability.

This piston for OE cylinder is equipped with piston rings that guarantee less friction with the cylinder and therefore a higher performance.Athena takes care of the development of the pistons down to the smallest detail: the rings are produced in Japan with wear-resistant coatings (PVD or chromium nitride) to increase the retain and the durability. The rings perfectly adapt to the cylinder liner even at low tangential load.This piston kit contains the piston, the pin, the circlips, and the piston rings. All components are replaceable and interchangeable in case of need.All Athena products produced in greater displacement and power than those provided by the road code of the user's country, are intended exclusively for competitive use. Athena declines all responsibility for any use of the product contrary to national regulations.

Guarantee of compliance should not be applicable to products destined for competitive sports use or which are used in high-performance or high-speed applications unless it is a clear case of faultiness.

• Free shipping for orders over $69. This shipping option takes 5-8 business days.
• Economy for small orders (less than 1lbs) $6.99
• This shipping option takes 5-8 business days. 
• Standard shipping (FedEx / UPS) for all orders $9.99 
• This shipping option takes 1-5 business days. 

We are currently unable to offer   overnight or 2-day guaranteed shipping .

This is because the warehouses of most of our suppliers only ship Ground.

When you order  PRE-ORDER it  means that you can purchase it before the official release date and then, you just wait for the shipping Usually pre-orders takes from 1-6 weeks depending the brand and the product.
