Dieses R6-Auspuffsystem wurde mit derselben Technologie entwickelt, die das Monster Energy Graves Yamaha-Team zu 8 AMA Superbike-Meisterschaften und zahlreichen 600-Meisterschaften angetrieben hat! Dieses Produkt ist nur für den Wettkampf auf geschlossenen Strecken bestimmt. Bei der Entwicklung dieses Systems haben wir keine Kompromisse zugelassen. Das 2006-2019 R6 WORKS 6 Full-Auspuffsystem verfügt über ein zusätzliches Crossover-Midpipe-Feature sowie eine aggressivere Verjüngung des Steuerrohrs und maschinell bearbeitete Verbindungen für eine perfekte Passform. Materialdurchmesser, Längen, Größe und Länge des Schalldämpferkerns sind für maximale Leistungsabgabe im gesamten Gas- und Drehzahlbereich optimiert. In Kombination mit der exklusiven Flash-Tuning-Karte von Graves produziert dieses System solide 11+ PS im mittleren Bereich und 15+ an der Spitze der PS-Charts. Diese Melodie entfernt auch alle Computerfehlercodes, die das Fahrrad beim Einbau von Leistungsauspuffen hat.

Wir verwenden die gleichen 1,00 mm dickwandigen hochhitzebeständigen Titanrohre, die auch für unsere Superbikes verwendet werden. Dieses Material wurde speziell für maximale Haltbarkeit und Oxidationsbeständigkeit bis zu 800 * Celsius / 1472 * Fahrenheit entwickelt. Es wurde entwickelt, um bei fast der doppelten Temperatur von normalem Grade2-Titan zu leben. Die Rohre werden mit der neuesten verfügbaren Ausrüstung präzise gebogen und geschnitten. Die Rohre werden dann in Vorrichtungen geschweißt, die so konstruiert sind, dass die Wiederholbarkeit unübertroffen ist. Es wird mit einem einzelnen Lambda-Empfängerstopfen für die Datenerfassung auf der Strecke oder Dyno-Tuning geliefert. Die Federlaschen bestehen aus 4 mm dickem Titandraht für eine lange Lebensdauer.

Der Schalldämpfer hat einen Titan-Schalldämpferkörper, der an der tiefgezogenen konischen Titan-Eingangskappe und einer tiefgezogenen 60*-Titan-Ausgangskappe mit Schrägschnitt befestigt ist und mit rostfreien Nieten in Flugzeugqualität und Titan-Schalldämpferbändern befestigt ist. Der Schalldämpfer ist mit einem trägerlosen bearbeiteten Aluminium aufgehängt Halterung / schwarz eloxiert und in den Schalldämpfer eingebaut. Das Zwischenkernrohr besteht aus Edelstahl, das über den Eingang und in die Ausgangskappe gleitet.

• Das trägerlose Schalldämpfer-Design wird ohne die Verwendung von Gurtbändern um die Dose herum mit einer in die Dose integrierten Halterung montiert. Dieses Design optimiert nicht nur das Aussehen Ihres Fahrrads und spart Gewicht.
• Hergestellt aus hitzebeständigem Titan in Luft- und Raumfahrtqualität, das bis zu 800* Celsius 1472* F bruchfest ist
• Rostfreie Auslassöffnungszapfen

We are currently unable to offer   overnight or 2-day guaranteed shipping .

This is because the warehouses of most of our suppliers only ship Ground.

When you order  PRE-ORDER it  means that you can purchase it before the official release date and then, you just wait for the shipping Usually pre-orders takes from 1-6 weeks depending the brand and the product.
