Das Luftansaugsystem (AIS) verbrennt unverbrannte Abgase durch Einspritzen von Frischluft (Sekundärluft) in die Auslassöffnung, wodurch die Emission von Kohlenwasserstoffen reduziert wird.
Sobald diese verschlossen sind, kann das Luftinjektionssystem sicher entfernt werden. Diese Smog-Block-Off-Platten sind aus CNC-gefrästem Billet-Aluminium gefertigt und mit dem „G“-Logo von Graves Motorsports versehen. Es gibt drei Gründe, warum Sie das Lufteinspritzsystem von Ihrem Fahrrad entfernen möchten;
1. Wenn Sie Ihr Motorrad auf einer geschlossenen Strecke (Rennen, Streckentage usw.) verwenden, sollten Sie alle unnötigen Ausrüstungsteile von Ihrem Motorrad entfernen, um das Gewicht zu reduzieren und die Wartung zu vereinfachen.
2. Um ein genaues Luft-Kraftstoff-Verhältnis (A/F) zu erhalten, wenn das Fahrrad auf den Prüfstand gestellt wird. Das Lufteinspritzsystem pumpt Frischluft direkt in den Abgasstrom, um ungenutzten Kraftstoff zu verbrennen. Leider wird dadurch das A/F-Verhältnis durch die zusätzliche "Frischluft" im Abgasstrom abgeworfen. Durch Entfernen des Lufteinspritzsystems können Sie ein genaues A/F-Verhältnis erreichen.
3. Dieser Zusatz entfernt normalerweise den größten Teil des Knallens beim Abbremsen, das bei unverbrannten Gasen in der Emissionskohlekammer auftreten kann. Hinweis: Möglicherweise ist eine ordnungsgemäße Abstimmung erforderlich, und dies ist ein allgemeines Feedback.
