Graves Motorsports Full Titanium Auspuffanlage für die Yamaha FZ-09 / MT-09 / FJ-09 / XSR900 mit Titan Schalldämpfer. GMS-Auspuffanlagen wurden für den Elite-Fahrer entwickelt, der Leistung, Passform, Verarbeitung und Wert auf höchstem Niveau sucht. Die Präzisionstechnik von Graves entwickelt Präzisionsprodukte, die darauf ausgelegt sind, die Konkurrenz zu übertreffen, zu übertreffen und zu überdauern. Graves-Auspuffanlagen wurden für den Elite-Fahrer entwickelt, der Leistung, Passform, Verarbeitung und Wert auf höchstem Niveau sucht. Dieses Auspuffsystem wurde mit der gleichen Technologie entwickelt, die das Graves Racing Team zu 23 professionellen AMA-Nationalmeisterschaften geführt hat, darunter 8 Superbike-Meisterschaftstitel und 3 Side x Side Pro-Titel (Pro Stock und Pro Mod UTV). Vorgeschlagene Tuning-Produkte sind das optimierte FTECU Flash Tune unter Verwendung der Graves Spec-Karte in der FTECU-Datenbank.

Wir verwenden die gleichen 1,00 mm dickwandigen hochhitzebeständigen Titanrohre, die auch für unsere Superbikes verwendet werden. Dieses Material wurde speziell für maximale Haltbarkeit und Oxidationsbeständigkeit bis zu 800 * Celsius / 1472 * Fahrenheit entwickelt. Es wurde entwickelt, um bei fast der doppelten Temperatur von normalem Grade2-Titan zu leben. Die Rohre werden mit der neuesten verfügbaren Ausrüstung präzise gebogen und geschnitten. Die Rohre werden dann in Vorrichtungen geschweißt, die so konstruiert sind, dass die Wiederholbarkeit unübertroffen ist. Es wird mit 2 Lambda-Empfängerstopfen für die Datenerfassung auf der Strecke oder Dyno-Tuning und aktivem Closed-Loop-Tuning geliefert. Die Federzungen sind für eine lange Lebensdauer aus dickem Titandraht gefertigt.
Der Schalldämpfer hat eine Eingangskappe aus Titan und wird am Körper des Schalldämpfers aus Kohlefaser oder Titan befestigt. Der Schalldämpfer wird mit einer trägerlosen Aluminiumhalterung für ein möglichst sauberes Aussehen aufgehängt. Der Schalldämpferkörper wird mit rostfreien Nieten in Flugzeugqualität und Titan-Schalldämpferbändern an den Endkappen befestigt. Das Zwischenkernrohr besteht aus Edelstahl, das über den Eingang und in die Ausgangskappe gleitet, die mit einer Kohlefaser-Schönheitsabdeckung mit einem 60 * Slash-Cut und einem abnehmbaren Schalleinsatz akzentuiert ist.

Dieses System verhält sich wie unser Superbike-Rohr und sieht aus wie Schmuck.

  • Fortschrittlicher Schweißprozess zeigt perfekte Laserschweißnähte
  • Abgasdruckausgleichende "Cross Over"-Rohre in den Krümmer-Fallrohren
  • Serienmäßig mit einem GMS-Auspuffeinsatz für leisen Sound (herausnehmbar).

We are currently unable to offer   overnight or 2-day guaranteed shipping .

This is because the warehouses of most of our suppliers only ship Ground.

Products ship from our Miami facility or drop ship direct from our Suppliers

Orders placed before 11am CST are typically will send the same day. 

Most orders placed after that time are will send the following business days.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING  on orders over $69 is available in all US lower 48 states, APO addresses, and Puerto Rico via USPS or UPS.  (*Exceptions apply for Alaska and Hawaii.)

Free standard shipping means we will select an option that gets you your parts as soon as possible while still being economically priced.

We reserve the right to deny free shipping for any reason.

When you order  PRE-ORDER it  means that you can purchase it before the official release date and then, you just wait for the shipping Usually pre-orders takes from 1-6 weeks depending the brand and the product.
