Dieser Cat Eliminator-Auspuff von Graves Motorsports wurde für Rennfahrer mit kleinem Budget entwickelt, die den Leistungsauspuff suchen, der unserem vollständigen Rennsystem am nächsten kommt. Bei der Entwicklung dieses Systems haben wir keine Kompromisse zugelassen. Materialdurchmesser, Längen, Größe und Länge des Schalldämpferkerns sind für maximale Leistungsabgabe im gesamten Gas- und Drehzahlbereich optimiert. In Kombination mit der exklusiven Flash-Tuning-Karte von Graves produziert dieses System solide 15+ PS im mittleren Bereich und 11+ an der Spitze der PS-Charts. Diese Melodie entfernt auch alle Computerfehlercodes, die das Fahrrad beim Einbau von Leistungsauspuffen hat.
Wir verwenden die gleichen 1,00 mm dickwandigen hochhitzebeständigen Titanrohre, die auch für unsere Superbikes verwendet werden. Dieses Material wurde speziell für maximale Haltbarkeit und Oxidationsbeständigkeit bis zu 800 * Celsius / 1472 * Fahrenheit entwickelt. Es wurde entwickelt, um bei fast der doppelten Temperatur von normalem Grade2-Titan zu leben. Die Rohre werden mit der neuesten verfügbaren Ausrüstung präzise gebogen und geschnitten. Die Rohre werden dann in Halterungen geschweißt, die so konstruiert sind, dass die Wiederholbarkeit unübertroffen ist. Es wird mit einem einzelnen Lambda-Empfängerstopfen für die Datenerfassung auf der Strecke oder Dyno-Tuning geliefert. Die Federlaschen bestehen aus 4 mm dickem Titandraht für eine lange Lebensdauer.
Der Schalldämpfer besteht aus einem Stück mit dem Endrohr, das an die tiefgezogene konische Eingangskappe aus Titan geschweißt ist, und wird mit einem 60,5-mm-gefrästen Titangelenk am Kollektor befestigt, um jedes Mal eine perfekte Passform zu gewährleisten. Der Collector wird mit einer Titanlasche an der Lagerhalterung unter dem Rahmen befestigt, an der eine 8-mm-Maschinen-Titanmutter angeschweißt ist. Der Schalldämpfer wird mit einer trägerlosen Aluminiumhalterung aufgehängt und in den Schalldämpfer eingebaut. Die Schalldämpferhülse besteht aus Titan, das mit rostfreien Nieten in Flugzeugqualität und Titan-Schalldämpferbändern an den Titan-Endkappen befestigt wird. Das Zwischenkernrohr besteht aus Edelstahl und gleitet über den Eingang und in die Ausgangskappe, die aus gestanztem Titan besteht.
Dieses System verhält sich wie unser Superbike-Rohr und sieht aus wie Schmuck.

- 1 Lambda-Sensoren im Auto-Tuner-Stil sind Standard (OEM-Doppelsensorhalterungen vorne entfallen für einen gleichmäßigeren Abgasstrom. Bei Verwendung eines Graves-Leistungssystems am 15-16 R1 werden Flash Tune-Produkte empfohlen, um die Leistung des Motorrads überall zu verbessern. Am effektivsten tune bei diesem Setup verwendet die Standard-Lambdas überhaupt nicht.
