Great system. Unfortunately there are no instructions whatsoever. I assumed that a clip went between the left passenger foot bracket and ended up breaking a $100 foot bracket on my motorcycle. Couldn’t believe it!!! How hard would have it been to just put a simple drawing in with the exhaust system to at least picture how it needed to be assembled. Hopefully JB Weld will glue this back together. :-(

Springs are finished / polished well, and are marked with spring rate on the end which is nice. Looks like a high quality spring set.

I highly recommend this exhaust. It looks and sounds amazing and the added power is a plus. Installed on a 2023 Honda CRF450RL with JD Jetting Tuner. Bills Exhausts was amazing through the sales process.

Install was super easy I didn’t even bother removing the headers which involves removing all the fairings and also draining and removing the radiator. I used a small hacksaw to cut most of the way through the pipe and then used a smaller hacksaw blade to cut the rest of the way through. When installing X pipe I had to use a block of wood and a hammer in the ends to hit it into place so it could bolt to frame. I could have used a rubber or leather mallet but I didn’t have one. This exhaust really turns heads and makes the lady’s start flipping their hair and kicking all hard ;) easily the baddest sounding bike in my neighborhood. Panty dropper for sure ;)

I wish the replacement harness “ 40090 came with instructions? Love the way my Trike lights up. Not too many in Canada l haven’t seen one yet
Needed a y to replace on a car prior y was plastic needless to say it disintegrated with age. Found this and it worked perfectly came as described relatively fast so I would definitely order again.
