Wenn ein Preisunterschied besteht, wird Ihnen der Betrag entweder erstattet oder die Differenz wird Ihnen in Rechnung gestellt.
Option 2(Schneller) – Bestellen Sie das neue Teil online oder telefonisch, damit es Ihnen sofort zugeschickt werden kann. Fordern Sie dann eine RMA mit einem Standard-Rücksendeverfahren für das Teil an, das Sie zurückgeben möchten. Nach der Rückgabe des Teils wird Ihnen umgehend eine Rückerstattung ausgestellt.
Rückerstattungen & Gutschriften
Nachdem wir Ihre Rücksendung akzeptiert haben, wird Ihnen der Betrag über dieselbe Zahlungsmethode zurückerstattet, die Sie ursprünglich für die Bestellung verwendet haben (Kreditkarte, PayPal).
Der Erstattungsbetrag setzt sich aus dem ursprünglichen Kaufpreis abzüglich ggf. anfallender Versandkosten zusammen.

I didn't mind waiting so choose that. Within a week they received more and sent it out immediately. Very professional, quick with the delivery and great product. I needed to upgrade my stock fender and didn’t want to cut wires and this product was easy to install and you use the factory license plate light without cutting wires. The installation was very easy to me. The customer service is great and also the shipping was very fast which I was impressed and definitely ordering all my parts from Bills Exhaust.
This is the real deal, not the Chinese knockoff garbage that falls apart on Amazon. The foam is denser and much more ridged than the knockoff. Comes with a new clamp too.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone at Bill's exhaust. No one answers the phone, answers the so-called chat nor do they reply to emails. First and last time I'll ever buy from them.
First off, my intention with this review means no disrespect. I am just disappointed and sad as of writing this. As a matter of fact, the team I have spoken with were very nice. However, I still received the wrong product and am left with a product that is half the price I paid for.
I ordered the Austin Racing GP3 Mini De-Cat exhaust system for my '25 Ducati Panigale V2 on December 31st of 2025 which costs $1699. On the 27th of March 2026, I finally receive the exhaust I have been waiting so long for( three and a half months). I open the package and turns out, I get the slip on version which costs $899. I'm honestly disappointed and I hope that they will correct this mistake. I will update this review if I get sent the correct exhaust without waiting longer than a week or two and if I am met with complete understanding and empathy.
I just want to comment this. I work in the motorcycle industry and I understand that mistakes happen, I make 'em all the time. However, if I make mistake especially in customer service, I do everything in my power to make it right. I hope I am met with the same service.
