RETURN POLICY
The return process must be initiated within 180 days of your order being delivered.
Any new items must be returned in the original box/packaging including static guards on shields, vendor hang tags, bags, hardware, etc.
All hardware must be in original packaging and unopened. Items must be in restockable condition

Return shipping cost is fully covered ONLY If there was an error on our end.
International returns is Customer responsibility, we will refund you the cost of shipping (ONLY If there was an error on our end.)when item will arrive in our location in good contusions and our supplier approve the return.
-For international orders, shipping carriers charge for delivery even if a package is refused. Therefore, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Any return shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund amount.

We all know that accidents can happen. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. 305-859-1215
Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 180 days.
If a shipping courier caused the damage, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
Warranty claims are not the same as returns.
They are handled differently.
You will need contact directly with Supplier or Manufactures and send them pictures or any information that they need like model year of your vehicle so they can approve your claim.
Claims for missing or damaged items in an order must be placed within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
If the items are new, we might be able to sell them as open boxes.
A refund can only be processed after I sell them.
We currently have approximately $12,000 worth of returns from the last two months, and most are in open-box condition. and missing parts
Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirements.
Exchange Procedure
There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:
Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.
Refunds & Credits
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal).
The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges where applicable.
You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow from 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
We will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions.
We will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product like customs inspections.
Please be aware that if you choose to return or cancel your order, we may retain 3-8% of the total amount.
This fee represents the non-refundable processing charges imposed by credit card companies for cancellations or refund
For example, when an order of $100 is paid with a credit or debit card, we receive approximately $97.
If a refund is necessary, we must return the full $100, absorbing the $3 processing fee ourselves.
We understand this may seem unfair, but it is a standard practice. While we can accommodate this on smaller orders, it poses a significant challenge for us as a small business with larger transactions.

For US customers, we offer 2 shipping options:
- Standard shipping (FedEx / UPS) for all orders $9.99
- This shipping option takes 1-5 business days.
- Free shipping for orders over $69.00 in US and Canada $499.00
- This shipping option takes 5-12 business days.
*Free standard shipping means we will select an option that gets you your parts as soon as possible while still being economically priced.
We reserve the right to deny free shipping for any reason.
*California orders needed to be ship from our location in Miami Florida.
Parts typically take 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse.
- Arrow exhausts ship directly from Italian warehouse!
- It typically arrives at our store within 1-3 weeks, and then we'll ship it out to you right away!
- Empire exhausts lead time could be up to 5-15 business days before shipping.
- M4 exhausts lead time could be up to 5-6 weeks before shipping.
- Vandomon Exhaust lead time could be up to 3-5 business days before shipping.
- Austin Racing Pre-Orders only 6-8 weeks before shipping.
- SC Project Exhaust lead time could be up to 3-5 business days before shipping.
We are currently unable to offer overnight or 2-day guaranteed shipping .
This is because the warehouses of most of our suppliers only ship Ground.
Products ship from our Miami facility or drop ship direct from our Suppliers
Orders placed before 11am CST are typically will send the same day.
Most orders placed after that time are will send the following business days.

Harness the flexibility and intelligence of your KTM's CAN bus electrical system to make installation of accessories drastically easier with the new and improved DENALI CANsmart™ Controller GEN II.
The DENALI CANsmart™ Controller provides plug-n-play installation and integrated control of up to four accessories to enable dozens of customizable settings that can be controlled right from your KTM switch cluster or the CANsmart™ Accessory Manager Software.
The CANsmart's four circuits are preprogrammed to connect and independently control two sets of DENALI lights, a SoundBomb horn, and our B6 auxiliary brake light.
Gen II - More Features, More Power, More Versatile
Unlike the Gen I CANsmart, all four circuits of the Gen II can provide a full 10 amps of continuous power and each circuit can be configured to run any accessory type. The maximum power draw for the whole unit remains at 30 amps continuous. The Gen II also features two new auxiliary light settings. You can now modulate your auxiliary lights for added conspicuity, and set your left and right side lights to independently cancel when you activate your corresponding turn signal.

- High/Low Sync - Set auxiliary lights to switch between a programmable high/low setting with the factory high beam switch.
- ON/OFF and Dim* - Independently control two sets of lights ON/OFF and change intensity level (for both day and night) right from your original vehicle switches.
- Modulate Lights - Set auxiliary lights to modulate to increase your visibility to other motorists.
- Flash to Pass - Need to get someone's attention? Pulse your high beam switch three times and your auxiliary lights will strobe three times fast.
- Cancel With Turn Signal* - This feature cancels the corresponding auxiliary light when you turn your turn signal on preventing powerful auxiliary lights from overpowering your signal.
- Inverse Flashing With Hazards* - This features flashes your auxiliary lights inversely to your hazard lights, increasing visibility during road side emergency's.
- Plug & Play Horn Installation - Quickly and easily connect high power aftermarket horns like our SoundBomb™ without having to add an additional harness or relay.
- Strobe with Horn - With this feature selected the CANsmart™ software will automatically strobe your auxiliary lights when you sound your horn. This feature works whether you have the factory horn or SoundBomb™ horn installed.
- Deceleration Activated "Smart Brake" Technology - The CANsmart™ reads vehicle speed in real time to activate your auxiliary brake light during deceleration before you even touch the brake. You can adjust the sensitivity and minimum speed at which the Smart Brake Feature will activate.
- Flash Pattern Braking - The CANsmart™ provides four different flash patterns that make our super bright auxiliary brake lights even noticeable to motorists behind you. You can set auxiliary brake lights to only flash under hard braking, flash continuously as your brake is applied or flash four times rapidly then hold steady (California legal flash rate).
- Circuit Function Selector - The Circuit Function Selector in the CANsmart software will let you run any accessory of your choice on any of the four circuits. Click on a circuit icon to open the drop down menu and make your selection from the list of available circuit functions.
- Switched Power Source - The CANsmart™ provides a universal "accessory" option which simply gives you clean switched 12V power. That means whatever accessory you connect to this circuit will turn on and off with your ignition.
- Delay Time Out - You can also set the accessories on this circuit to have a delayed time out. This will keep them powered for up to 30 seconds after your turn off your bike.

Due to variances with the KTM 890’s factory wiring harness, the following limitations apply:
- Auxiliary Light One & Two Dimming and ON/OFF functions are not available from bikes factory controls (All dimming and light settings need to be configured in the CANsmart Accessory Manager Software)
- Turn signal circuit function not available.
- Cancel auxiliary lights with turn signal feature not available.
- Flash auxiliary lights as turn signal feature not available.
- Auxiliary brake light activates with front brake lever only
