The return process must be initiated within 180 days of your order being delivered.
You will receive an email with an RMA form attached. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing your RMA.
Return shipping cost is fully covered ONLY If there was an error on our end.
International returns is Customer responsibility, we will refund you the cost of shipping (ONLY If there was an error on our end.)when item will arrive in our location in good contusions and our supplier approve the return.
-For international orders, customers who refuse the package will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost. Additionally, any return shipping fees incurred by us will be deducted from the customer's refund
-Tires are not eligible for return.

We all know that accidents can happen. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. 305-859-1215
Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 180 days.
If a shipping courier caused the damage, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.
Warranty claims are not the same as returns.
They are handled differently.
You will need contact directly with Supplier or Manufactures and send them pictures or any information that they need like model year of your vehicle so they can approve your claim.
Claims for missing or damaged items in an order must be placed within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
Any new items must be returned in the original box/packaging including static guards on shields, vendor hang tags, bags, hardware, etc. All hardware must be in original packaging and unopened. Items must be in restockable condition
Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirements.
Exchange Procedure
There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:
Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.
Refunds & Credits
After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal).
The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges where applicable.
You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow from 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
We will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions.
We will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product like customs inspections.

- Free shipping for orders over $49.00 in US and Canada $199.00
- This shipping option takes 5-12 business days.
Free standard shipping means we will select an option that gets you your parts as soon as possible while still being economically priced.
We reserve the right to deny free shipping for any reason.
- Economy for small orders (less than 1lbs) $6.99
- This shipping option takes 5-8 business days.
- Standard shipping (FedEx / UPS) for all orders $9.99
- This shipping option takes 1-5 business days.
- Arrow exhausts ship directly from Italian warehouse!
- It typically arrives at our store within 1-2 weeks, and then we'll ship it out to you right away!
- M4 and Empire exhausts lead time could be up to 3-9 business days before shipping.
- Vandomon Exhaust lead time could be up to 3-5 business days before shipping.
- Austin Racing Pre-Orders only 6-12 weeks
We are currently unable to offer overnight or 2-day guaranteed shipping .
This is because the warehouses of most of our suppliers only ship Ground.
Products ship from our Miami facility or drop ship direct from our Suppliers
Orders placed before 11am CST are typically will send the same day.
Most orders placed after that time are will send the following business days.

Following the release of our popular Stage 1 Flash we needed to sit down and really start to look at what the 2023 truly has to offer. Anyone with our Stage 1 Flash will tell you how much it improved acceleration, fixed the OEM idle issues and made the motorcycle feel better and smoother overall. Stage 2 has months of research and development behind it as well as datalogging and dyno testing. The new 2023 S1000RR is familiar to us but also completely changed. To that end we were able define new ECU strategies that we can help make this already impressive bike even more impressive. Stage 2 is a feature map making the bike more consistent, more reliable, and smoother.

HOW DO WE ACCOMPLISH THIS WITH STAGE 2?
- Octane adjustments for auto adaptation on pump gas for US and international fuels 91-94 octane 95-100 RON. Utilizing the multiple ignition maps and factory widebands, we are able to increase performance based on knock detection. This also means if you have some bad fuel, the motorcycle will still compensate and put the bike into safety mapping just like the OEM ECU would. This ensures your bike stays consistent and reliable.
- Corrected cold/warm start idle for finer tuning beyond Stage 1. Stage 2 goes a step further. There is no longer a high idle that transitions into a lower idle. The idle remains static without any lean popping, idle hunting or stalling.
- Re-calibrated timing for higher octanes to make use of race fuels on same tune. The 2023 S1000RR has multiple ignition maps and based on knock feedback, the bike will start to adjust to different timing maps. This means if you have a high octane fuel in the bike or race fuel and knock isn’t present, the bike will transition to a more aggressive timing map automatically. A more aggressive timing map will safely allow the bike to make more power. No more flashing every time you want to use race gas although we can still provide specific race fuel mapping designed to be used on ONLY race gas. This feature is most beneficial when you are on the track or street and don’t have your handheld available to swap maps.
- Lower max lambda, leaner high RPM Target for a few more horsepower. AFR (air/fuel ratio) adjustments have been made to Stage 2 to be more aggressive to get a little more power out of the bike while remaining safe.
- Higher RPM limit without throttle cut for racers (optional) With Stage 2 we are able to raise the RPM limiter to 15,000 RPM while also making sure the raised RPM event is not stored in the ECU. We have also adjusted the spark and fuel cuts so when the rev limit is hit, the bike doesn’t feel like you slammed on the brakes, it’s more gentle now.
- 30% faster up and downshifts over Stage 1 and now allows the use of fast shift sensor products on the market if desired.
