Οι διεθνείς επιστροφές είναι ευθύνη του πελάτη, θα σας επιστρέψουμε το κόστος της αποστολής (ΜΟΝΟ Εάν υπήρξε σφάλμα στο άκρο μας.) όταν το προϊόν φτάσει στην τοποθεσία μας σε καλή κατάσταση και ο προμηθευτής μας εγκρίνει την επιστροφή.

Οι αξιώσεις για στοιχεία που λείπουν ή έχουν καταστραφεί σε μια παραγγελία πρέπει να υποβάλλονται εντός 48 ωρών από την παράδοση της παραγγελίας σας.



Οποιαδήποτε νέα αντικείμενα πρέπει να επιστραφούν στο αρχικό κουτί/συσκευασία, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των στατικών προστατευτικών στις ασπίδες, των ετικετών που κρέμονται από τον πωλητή, των σακουλών, του υλικού κ.λπ. Όλο το υλικό πρέπει να είναι στην αρχική συσκευασία και να μην έχει ανοιχτεί. Τα είδη πρέπει να είναι σε κατάσταση με δυνατότητα επαναφοράς



Λάβετε υπόψη ότι διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να αρνηθούμε την επιστροφή χρημάτων ή την ανταλλαγή, εάν το εμπόρευμα δεν πληροί τις απαιτήσεις της Πολιτικής Επιστροφών.



Διαδικασία ανταλλαγής

Υπάρχουν 2 τρόποι με τους οποίους μπορείτε να ανταλλάξετε ένα προϊόν:

Επιλογή 1 (Πιο αργό) – Χρησιμοποιήστε την τυπική διαδικασία επιστροφής για να ζητήσετε RMA για το ανταλλακτικό που θέλετε να ανταλλάξετε. Στη συνέχεια, ζητήστε ένα RMA χρησιμοποιώντας μια τυπική διαδικασία επιστροφής για το ανταλλακτικό που θέλετε να επιστρέψετε. Με την επιστροφή του εξαρτήματος θα εκδοθεί άμεσα η επιστροφή χρημάτων.





Επιστροφές χρημάτων και πιστώσεις

Αφού δεχτούμε την επιστροφή σας, θα σας εκδοθεί επιστροφή χρημάτων μέσω της ίδιας μεθόδου πληρωμής που είχατε αρχικά χρησιμοποιήσει για την παραγγελία (Πιστωτική Κάρτα, PayPal).

Το ποσό επιστροφής χρημάτων θα αποτελείται από την αρχική τιμή αγοράς μείον τις χρεώσεις αποστολής, όπου υπάρχουν.

Θα σας σταλεί ένα email που θα επιβεβαιώνει την παραλαβή της επιστροφής και την πίστωσή σας. Περιμένετε από 2-5 εργάσιμες ημέρες για να εμφανιστεί η πίστωση στον λογαριασμό σας.

Δεν θα επιστρέψουμε τυχόν χρεώσεις εργασίας ή τέλη εγκατάστασης υπό οποιεσδήποτε συνθήκες.

Επίσης, δεν θα προσφέρουμε αποζημίωση για οποιαδήποτε ζημιά αποκτηθεί κατά την εγκατάσταση ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη χρήση ενός προϊόντος, όπως τελωνειακοί έλεγχοι.

We all know that accidents can happen. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. 305-859-1215

Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days.

If a shipping courier caused the damage, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

 

 

Warranty claims are not the same as returns.

They are handled differently.

You will need contact directly with Supplier or Manufactures and send them pictures or any information that they need like model year of your vehicle  so they can approve your claim. 


Claims for missing or damaged items in an order must be placed within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

 

Any new items must be returned in the original box/packaging including static guards on shields, vendor hang tags, bags, hardware, etc.  All hardware must be in original packaging and unopened.  Items must be in restockable  condition 

 

Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirements.

 

Exchange Procedure

There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

Option 1 (Slower) – Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is difference in price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.

Option 2 (Faster) – Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.

 

 

Refunds & Credits

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal).

The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges where applicable.

You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow from 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

We  will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions.

 We will also not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product like customs inspections.

  • This shipping option takes 5-12 business days.

 

Free standard shipping means we will select an option that gets you your parts as soon as possible while still being economically priced.

We reserve the right to deny free shipping for any reason.

 

  • Economy for small orders (less than 1lbs) $6.99
  • This shipping option takes 5-8 business days. 
  • Standard shipping (FedEx / UPS) for all orders $9.99

  • It typically arrives at our store within 1-2 weeks, and then we'll ship it out to you right away!
  • M4 and Empire exhausts  lead time could be up to 3-9 business days before shipping.

  • Austin Racing Pre-Orders only 6-12 weeks

    We are currently unable to offer   overnight or 2-day guaranteed shipping .

    This is because the warehouses of most of our suppliers only ship Ground.

    Orders placed before 11am CST are typically will send the same day. 

    Most orders placed after that time are will send the following business days.

    When you order  PRE-ORDER it  means that you can purchase it before the official release date and then, you just wait for the shipping Usually pre-orders takes from 1-12 weeks depending the brand and the product.

    The Ducati V2 is probably one of the most capable platforms we have ever tested. Every aspect of this bike is AMAZING it’s an updated Ducati 959 at a steal of a price. At BT Moto, we take bikes that are already amazing and make them spectacular. The Ducati V2 is no exception.

    Our work with the Panigale V4/1299/1199/959/899/848 Handheld Tuner has helped us develop what we consider the best upgrade you can get for your Panigale V2. We have found the refreshed 2020 V2 has a lot of positive changes, not only visually, but also on the software side. Remember we use factory information and reverse engineer we don’t use incomplete or cheap guessing “Race” editors like our competitors do.

    We had to re-develop fuel map strategies from square one. Ignition maps and throttle mapping are also all new for 2021 Ducati V2. One of the big complaints for the V2 was the twitchy throttle that could make the bike buck in a corner along with the big torque HOLE from 4-8,000rpm. The next issue is the exhaust valve problem, bad start and idling, and low power at midrange due to extremely lean fueling.


    What Does Stage 1 Include?

    • Correct fueling on both banks in “Alpha N” mode
    • Deceleration fuel cut off for all gears, the bike will no longer jerk from throttle inputs
    • Raise rev limiter
    • Raised torque limiters
    • Raised load limiters
    • Revised traction control and ABS
    • Ignition timing adjustments
    • Exhaust valve adjustments
    • Lowered engine fan-on temperature

    Anyone that has the Akra up-map will say the bike feels a lot more lively than stock. So how does our Stage 1 flash compare? Beta testers and our own R&D reveal a VAST improvement over the stock map and even the up-map from Akra.


    WE ARE NOW BETA TESTING THE SERVICE LIGHT RESET FEATURE FOR YOUR DUCATI. THIS MEANS YOU CAN RESET YOUR SERVICE LIGHT FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME WITHOUT THE EXPENSIVE DEALER FEES. OUTSIDE OF EXPENSIVE DEALER TOOLS, THERE ARE NO OPTIONS FOR AT HOME SERVICE LIGHT RESETS, THIS IS AN INDUSTRY FIRST. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE OUR HANDHELD TUNER, PLEASE UPDATE THE DEVICE FULLY AND THE FEATURE SHOULD SHOW UNDER THE TOOLS MENU. THIS IS BETA ONLY AS OF NOW AS WE FINALIZE THE PROCESS AND WHAT BIKES IT WORKS AND DOES NOT WORK ON.


    Why Is This The Best Upgrade You Can Buy?

    Currently, there are only one option to flash the V2 and they it requires the purchase of an exhaust system. This option is mostly just fueling changes and can be dramatically improved upon. How do we know? We’ve tested all options extensively and can say with 100% confidence that our flash is superior in every way. The up-map flash option cannot be purchased independently without the purchase of an exhaust. So what do people with all other exhausts do? There’s nothing they can do at the moment. Our mapping is currently the only truly developed and tuned file using true Conti M4D Ducati function sheets and mapping accordingly, using our in-house motorcycle and dynometer and datalogging. Not just nudging numbers in generic editors, with no testing, like we see so many people do.With or without an exhaust flash, we all know the Ducati V2 is a great bike! We also know it isn’t perfect. Issues that we’ve tested ourselves and what customers have reported include the following:

    • There’s only one flashing options (Akra provided mapping) and they require you to spend thousands on a new exhaust system to go with them. Our product will work on all used systems, or used bikes, where you don’t need a VIN specific Up-Map. We are the ONLY stand alone flash option on the market!
    • Stalling for no reason during idle
    • Startup issues when exhaust is installed
    • Smoking issue and hard starting in all temperatures
    • Issues when exhaust is installed
    • Acceleration that isn’t smooth through the entire RPM range due to inaccurate AFR
    • Engine seems to struggle (lurch or jump through RPM range, 4000 - 8000 RPM) if too warm
    • Power that seems to level off (flatten) after 8,000 RPM

    So What Do We Do About This?

    After extensive R&D with our own, in-house, Ducati V2 and select “beta” testers, we can confidently say that we successfully addressed each issue and improved every performance aspect of the V2.

    • No more stalling at idle for no reason
    • Deceleration fuel cut off fixed (a BT only feature)
    • No startup issues with exhaust installed
    • Acceleration is now smooth through the entire RPM range
    • Engine performs the same with the engine warm or hot
    • No problematic Fault codes
